Pakou Vang, Customer Service Coordinator
Communications & Business Development

Pakou Vang supervises the customer service assistants who handle incoming Help Desk inquiries. She is also in charge of processing orders for the products and resources that WIDA has available for sale via this website. Pakou holds a B.A. in Asian Studies with emphasis on South East Asia. In the past she has worked as a volunteer for organizations including Families and Schools Together (FAST), United Asian Services (UAS) and United Refugee Services.
