Lynore Carnuccio is an independent consultant specializing in standards based instruction and program design for English Language Learners. Her expertise is derived from her 25 plus years in public education mainly in low incidence ESL situations and her Masters degree in ESL/Bilingual Education. She currently works nationally with schools, districts, states and publishers. She is the Lead Developer for the Pennsylvania English Language Proficiency Standards, a consultant/trainer for the WIDA Consortium, and a member of the TESOL English Language Proficiency Standards (2006) author team. Lynore has been published in both NABE News and TESOL's Essential Teacher.
